We used to make a drink called sima, a Finnish treat, it is with lemons and then fermented overnight, for a little fizz, we loved it growing up, our mother made it regularly. Lemons, a bit of yeast, sugar and plenty of water, she would make a very large pot full and then we we bottle it and enjoy after school.
